Jose Mourinho was forced into a late change as Chelsea look to clinch the Premier League title with a win over Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge.
The champions-elect named 10 of the 11 that won 3-1 at Leicester City, with Thibaut Courtois replacing Petr Cech, but Ramires was deemed unwell just before kick-off meaning Juan Cuadrado came into the starting lineup.
A victory will take Chelsea 16 points clear of Arsenal, who have five games remaining and visit Hull City on Monday night.
