The Reds' 0-0 draw at West Brom on Saturday left them playing catch up for the Champions League spots.
They are fifth, seven points adrift of their Barclays Premier League rivals, before Arsenal's game with Chelsea and Manchester United's trip to Everton on Sunday.
But midfielder Lallana believes Brendan Rodgers' side will not give up the chase as they try to gatecrash the top four.
"We'll dust ourselves down, go again, go to Hull (on Tuesday) and try to get three points to hopefully put as much pressure on the teams above us as possible," he told the club's official site.
"I still feel that if we pick up maximum points from the remaining games, we'll be unlucky not to get into that fourth spot. It's still possible and while it's still possible, we'll keep giving our all.
"We've just got to focus on ourselves. It'll be a difficult place to go - they're still fighting for their lives down at the bottom.
"It will be a tough game, but we've got to go there and play our game and hopefully we'll get three points. You want to get back to winning ways as quickly as possible."
Jordon Ibe hit the bar for Liverpool at The Hawthorns while Boaz Myhill saved from Philippe Coutinho and Jordan Henderson.
It was West Brom's 10th clean sheet in 18 games under Tony Pulis and they are seven points clear of the relegation zone.
And boss Pulis was pleased with their character during mounting Liverpool second half pressure.
He said: "We showed resilience. We had to because Liverpool really stepped it up.
"From our goalkeeper to the front line they threw themselves into it.
"It's a great point. We had two wonderful chances - Simon Mignolet produced two great saves."
