Flares thrown on pitch during Palace-Liverpool

Crystal Palace face possible FA sanctions after lit flares were thrown on the Selhurst Park pitch during the first half against Liverpool.

Several flares were lit in the crowd, with some ending up on the playing surface.

Nobody was hurt and the flares caused minimal disruption to the game, but Palace could still be punished as flares are banned at Premier League games.
