The price freeze will cover season and matchday tickets bought by members, juveniles and senior citizens.
The club has also announced plans for "significant" price reductions for Champions League group matches and to continue with reductions for domestic cup matches next season.
"We believe all of these developments are a very positive move forward for the club and reflects the views of our fans," chief executive Peter Kenyon told the official club's website.
"We understand that our ticket prices are at the higher end and we are sensitive to the economic demands on our supporters.
"This decision, which was taken after regular dialogue with the Fans Forum, achieves a good balance between those demands and the needs of our business. With the success we have had we believe Chelsea offers value for money on and off the pitch.
"As well as the Premier League price freeze and the reductions around the group phase of the Champions League, we will be continuing with the very popular policy of discounted prices for domestic cup matches.
"This has ensured that nearly all our cup matches, regardless of opposition, have been virtually sold out for the past two seasons bringing new supporters, more families and children to Stamford Bridge."
Chelsea currently charges between £35 and £60 for adult members Premiership tickets while junior and senior tickets cost between £15 and £20.
