David Moyes has refused to rule out a return to Everton despite a poll suggesting he would not be welcomed by the vast majority of the club's fans.

The Scotsman vacated his role as Everton manager after 11 years to take over at Manchester United in the summer of 2013 before being sacked after only nine months in charge at Old Trafford with United struggling in the Premier League.
He has since managed Real Sociedad in Spain, but lasted only a year in La Liga before being dismissed with a win rate of less than 30 per cent.
Roberto Martinez - his successor at Everton - has been sacked by the Merseyside club after a grim sequence of results in the Premier League that included a 3-0 defeat at struggling Sunderland on Wednesday that left them 12th in the table and facing their lowest amount of points in England's top division since the inception of three for a win 35 years ago.
A live poll by the Liverpool Echo suggests some fans are not keen for Moyes to return after he walked out of the club three years ago. 84 percent are against his return with only 16 percent welcoming such a prospect.
"Would I consider going back? I’ve said if I get an exciting challenge and something that makes me feel I could get my teeth into it then I would be really interested," Moyes told The Times.

"When we took over we had 11 great and successful years but we also had to rebuild the club a little bit.
"I just think now the change has been made and Everton need to now go and do it again.
"If you give David Moyes an opportunity he tends to rebuild a club and he tends to get it going in the right direction and making sure that things are correct and I’m looking forward to getting the chance to do that again."
Moyes is said to top a five-man shortlist to become manager of Scottish champions Celtic that includes Roy Keane, Malky Mackay, Michael O'Neill and Paul Lambert, but a lack of funds in the Scottish game could scupper his prospects of a return to the club where he started his playing career.
