The Ducali defender was booked for a challenge on Fabio Quagliarella during the 2-0 reverse, and was then dismissed for screaming in the face of the referee.
The booking takes Lucarelli over the disciplinary threshold, leading to an automatic one game ban, while the insults directed toward the official have resulted in a further two game ban.
Palermo’s Sinisa Andelkovic is suspended for one match following his red card in Week 28, as is Dario Gomez of Atalanta.
Inter defender Nemanja Vidic’s fourth booking of the season sees him given a one-match ban, with teammate Mauro Icardi joining him on the sidelines for the same offense.
Josip Ilicic of Fiorentina, Napoli midfielder Gokhan Inler, Udinese’s Danilo, German Denis of Atalanta, Cagliari’s Luca Cepppitelli, Genoa midfielder Andrea Bertolacci and Marco Benassi of Torino have also crossed the disciplinary threshold.
Napoli Coach Rafa Benitez was given an official warning after being sent from the touchline in the draw with Atalanta.
