Oxford boss Michael Appleton said the opening quarter of his team's 2-0 win over Yeovil at the Kassam Stadium was as impressive as he has seen them play since he took charge.

Goals from Danny Hylton (14) and Callum O'Dowda (75) helped the U's secure a comfortable victory and maintain their unbeaten start in the league this season.
Appleton said: "It was very professional from us.
"The first 20 minutes was arguably as good as we've played since I've been here, and the first goal was great composure from Callum when he crossed for Danny.
"We were decent today. We knew we would come up against a young and energetic side who did ever so well to beat Luton, deservedly, last week.
"The clean sheet was important to us, so we're in a good place at the moment."
The manner of the win also justified Appleton's decision to rest six players in the Capital One Cup second-round tie at Sheffield Wednesday in midweek.
He said: "We've been playing Saturday-Tuesday, Saturday-Tuesday right through and a few of them were understandably tired, so I thought it was the right thing to do.
"Having our next game not until the Sunday, at Bristol Rovers, comes at a good time for us. That little bit of a breather will be great, and I'm really looking forward to being able to work with the players this week."
He added: "There's a real belief with everyone here, the players, the staff and the fans, and we know we're going to have to be patient in games. We've wanted to make this place a fortress and hopefully we can do that."
Yeovil manager Paul Sturrock was without half a dozen players, but was still "exasperated" with his team in a match in which they were completely outplayed.
"Oxford are a good side, they've been moulded together for a while and I'm very confident they will be in the top three or four at the end of the season," Sturrock said.
"But I thought defensively we were shocking throughout the team today.
"And after the way we played last week, it's extremely disappointing.
"When the other team have the ball, it's important that you do certain things, but tackles weren't won, headers weren't won. When you have three or four out of seven back there not showing up, it makes it very hard.
"There are four or five of them playing who don't really know the game, and that makes it hard.
"I'm exasperated, because I don't think we were competitive today."
