Sterling is expected to play in the No.10 role behind Harry Kane, with Marcus Rashford and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on the wings.
Kane captains the side with Gary Cahill partnering Stones in defence and Joe Hart playing in goal.
Alli was handed a one-match suspension by FIFA following an offensive gesture which he claims was directed at Kyle Walker and not the referee.
