Campos Racing driver Rio Haryanto has been hit with a three-place grid penalty for Friday's GP2 feature race in Monaco.
The 22-year-old Indonesian, currently second in the championship after a strong start to the season, was punished for failing to slow down under yellow flags.
He had taken 20th on the grid in the split qualifying session, so is relegated to 23rd place.
The penalty also means Rene Binder, Johnny Cecotto Jr and Nathanael Berthon each move up a position.
Racing Engineering driver Alexander Rossi will start the race from pole position, his first since the Abu Dhabi season finale in 2013.
