Lightning 1, Canadiens 0 (OT)
Tyler Johnson scored the winner in overtime to lift the Tampa Bay Lightning to a win over the Montreal.
Johnson scored his 25th goal of the season 1:03 into the extra period as Tampa Bay moved within one point of the Canadiens for the top mark in the Eastern conference.
Goaltender Carey Price stopped 34 shots for Montreal (42-18-7) while counterpart Ben Bishop made 19 saves for Tampa Bay (42-20-6).

Rangers 2, Islanders 1
Rick Nash was credited with the game-winning goal less than three minutes into the third period when the New York Rangers tightened the Metropolitan Division race by edging the New York Islanders.
By winning the final regular-season game at the Coliseum between the two rivals, the Rangers (41-17-7) moved within one point of the Islanders (44-21-4) for first place.
The goal was Nash's 39th of the season.

Wild 6, Devils 2
Thomas Vanek scored two goals and the Minnesota Wild solidified their status as the NHL's hottest team, piling on the New Jersey Devils.
Minnesota (37-23-7) are now a league-best 17-3-1 since the All-Star break and have risen into the West playoff picture.
Dainius Zubrus and center Scott Gomez scored for the Devils.

Bruins 3, Senators 1
Three second-period goals and the stellar play of goaltender Tuukka Rask sparked the Boston Bruins to a victory over the Ottawa Senators.
The victory padded the Bruins (34-22-10) lead over the Florida Panthers to six points in the Eastern Conference wild card race.
The Senators (30-24-11) are now seven points behind the Bruins.

Blues 5, Jets 4
The St. Louis Blues blew a third-period lead against the Winnipeg Jets before winning it on a fluke goal with 1:03 to play.
Defenseman Barrett Jackman was behind the blue line when he flipped the puck at the Winnipeg net and beat goalie Ondrej Pavelec and break a 4-4 tie.
The Blues (42-17-5) moved just two points behind Nashville in the Central Division with two games in hand.
Winnipeg (33-22-12) are clinging to the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.

Stars 2, Flyers 1
Dallas left winger Vernon Fiddler snapped a 1-1 tie with just over six minutes remaining and goaltender Kari Lehtonen made 25 saves to lift the visiting Stars to victory over the Philadelphia Flyers.
The victory was the third in the last four games for the Stars (30-27-10), attempting to make a late-season push to get back into the Western Conference playoff picture.

Blue Jackets 4, Hurricanes 3 (SO)
Ryan Johansen produced the only goal in the shootout as the Columbus Blue Jackets completed a rally to defeat the Carolina Hurricanes.
In regulation, Blue Jackets left winger Scott Hartnell scored twice after Rene Bourque posted the first Columbus goal.
