Back in the 2005 semi-final, Federer looked like he wanted out of there so he could get to Queens and start playing on grass to prepare for Wimbledon. He wasn't expected to win that year.
But last year he had more pressure on himself but he still came out a little flat. He won the first set 6-1 but as soon as Nadal came back in the second set, he seemed to lose his way of thinking. Tactically, he didn't play a very strong match, I don't think.
He's a much more mature player this year, but then again so is Nadal. I think Federer is going to come out and try all these different tactics early on. He will try to serve and volley, try to come in to the net and see what happens.
Federer hits more trick shots. I'm sure he hits shots he's not even practiced before.
Nadal is more of a working player, he works hard for every point. You can hardly tell if he's winning or losing, he's emotional over every point.
They are both great shot makers and they are the two most complete tennis players in the world.
Neither player has been pushed at all so far. It's the first French Open I can remember that the top two players have been so dominant. Federer has only lost one set, Nadal hasn't even lost one yet.
They are two fresh guys, both physically and mentally. I really think that the level is going to be something that we haven't witnessed before.
