Andy Murray has said that he's "disappointed" with himself for the way he got involved in the Scottish referendum with a now-infamous tweet.

The Scot had refused until the last minute to say which side he was supporting in last week's vote, but came out in favour of the 'Yes' campaign just hours before the polls opened last Thursday, saying "lets [sic] do this!"
That short message proved to be the most re-tweeted of the entire independence campaign, though it proved to have no impact on the result as the 'No' campaign won a convincing victory.
Disgustingly, however, Murray was subsequently targeted for some horrendous abuse via social media for expressing his views - with some messages described as "vile" by police, who have opened an investigation.
In an interview with the BBC, Murray suggested that he wishes he had never shared his thoughts with the world - and that he is disappointed with himself for opening up as he did.
"The way it was worded, the way I sent it, is not really in my character. I don't normally do stuff like that," he said. "I was a bit disappointed by that...
"It was a very emotional day for Scottish people and the whole country and the whole of the UK - it was a big day... It's time to move on. I can't go back on that and I'll concentrate on my tennis for the next few months."

The hate messages - one of which made reference to the 1995 Dunblane primary school massacre, which Murray survived - clearly shook Scotland's most successful sportsman.
"I don't want to go into too much detail about it, it's been obviously a hard few days for me," he added.
"From my side, I just want to move on from it and hope everyone can."
He added that he thought it was "amazing how many people turned out to vote" and that "I trust the Scottish people made the right decision."
