Fifth seed Caroline Wozniacki hit out at the scheduling for the show courts at Wimbledon after she lost 6-4 6-4 to Spain’s Garbine Muguruza in the last 16.

Wozniacki claimed that women do not receive as many opportunities as men to feature on the show courts at SW19 and questioned the All England Club’s decision making.
The Dane was put on Court Two as she lost to Muguruzu and she bemoaned the decision to not have another woman featured prominently.
"I would love to play on a big court," Wozniacki told reporters after her defeat.
"I think that's what it's all about; you work hard and practice to play on the big courts.
"The women really haven't gotten the opportunity here to play on the big courts.
"You only get one women's match on Court One and Centre Court. Most of last week it was only one women's match on Court Two as well.

"It's definitely different, that's all I can say.
"I think a lot of us women feel like we deserve to play on the big courts in front of a big crowd, as well."
It was Wozniacki’s fifth appearance in the last 16 at Wimbledon but she has never reached a quarter-final at the All England Club.
OUR VIEW
To say we were surprised to hear Wozniacki's quotes would be an understatement. Court Two seems about right for a player who has never progressed through to the last eight at Wimbledon and who has seen her stock fall over the last few years. It smacks of sour grapes to come out with such sweeping comments after a comprehensive straight-sets defeat and it is hardly going to endear her to the All England Club organisers who make the decisions over which players turn out on each court.
