Raich suffers concussion

Benjamin Raich suffered a concussion after crashing out of a World Cup super-G in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Sunday. The Austrian, who lost his overall lead to race winner Hermann Maier, is unsure to be prepared for next weekend's technical races in Adelbo
The 25-year-old Raich lost his balance after a dangerous turn and fell onto his back, sliding backwards for nearly 50 metres before landing into the safety netting.
The all-rounder, who excels in the slalom and giant slalom events, will spend the next few days resting in a dark room.
