Renate Goetschl claimed her 40 career victory as she led a dominant Austrian team to seven of the top eight positions on home snow at the Reiteralm Super-G.

Only Switzerland's Martina Schild prevented the second clean sweep in two days by the Austrian women. The Olympic downhill silver medallist finished third, 0.80 seconds behind Goetschl's time of one minute 17.91 seconds.
Nicole Hosp, who just missed the podium in Friday's super-combined event, was second in 1:18.62.
Goetschl, 31 and the overall World Cup champion in 2000, is the third most successful racer of all time on the women's tour.
Only her compatriot Annemarie Moser-Proell and Swiss Vreni Schneider, both now retired, won more races.
The former World Cup Super-G and downhill champion was delighted to get her 40th win in her home region. Reiteralm, near Saalbach, stepped in as a late replacement for the French resort of Val d'Isere.
"To win in front of my people is really special," Goetschl, who also won the season's first Super-G in Lake Louise, told reporters. "I am up on a cloud."
Hosp, like Goetschl, has trained regularly at Reiteralm. "This is a hill that I know perfectly by heart," she said.
"But Renate was the strongest today. I don't think there was any chance to beat her."
The 25-year-old Schild, who started third and had to endure a long, nervous wait at the finish line to see how many women would better her time, was delighted with her first podium finish on the World Cup.
"What a nice moment for me," she beamed. "I have been waiting for this moment for a long time. The icing on the cake is that I am on the podium with such a great skier as Renate."
The Super-G World Cup is up for grabs this season in the absence of Austrian Michaela Dorfmeister, who retired after winning the trophy and the Olympic title last season, and Olympic silver medallist Janica Kostelic of Croatia, who has taken a year off.
Sweden's Anja Paerson, who will defend her world championship title in the discipline on home snow in February, could finish only 12th on Saturday while American Lindsey Kildow, who was second in Lake Louise, skidded out.
