Martina, who finished the race second, was disqualified for running out of his lane following a protest by the United States Olympic Committee after the final won by Jamaica's Usain Bolt in world record time.
Third-placed Wallace Spearmon of the US was also disqualified for the same offence and American athletes Shawn Crawford and Walter Dix were promoted to the silver and bronze medal positions.
Lausanne-based CAS ruled that the International Association of Athletics Federations had abided by its rules covering 'field of play' decisions and dismissed the appeal from the Olympic Committee of the Netherlands Antilles.
