The men's team of Loginov, Dmitry Malyshko, Evgeniy Garanichev and Maxim Tsvetkov matched the women's result earlier in the 4x6km relay to make it a golden day for Russia.
It is the first time Russia has managed the relay clean sweep in 13 years, with the men using just eight spare rounds to claim the win in 1:20:54.3, 1:01.1 ahead of France.
Frenchman Martin Fourcade and his teammates Antonin Guigonnat, Simon Desthieux and Quentin Maillet Fillon finished with two penalties and eight spare rounds to take second.
The Austrian quartet, which included Tobias Eberhard, Simon Eder, Dominik Landertinger and Julian Eberhard, completed the podium with a single penalty and seven spares – 2:18.6 back.
"When I crossed the finish line I felt pride in the team first of all," said Loginov afterwards. "It is, at the very least, extremely nice to achieve such a victory.
"The guys coped really well in such winds. I tried hard not to let everyone down. Thanks also to the women's team who stayed and supported us."
