Chantelle Cameron has joined Queensberry and struck the right tone in her press conference alongside Frank Warren. The 32-year-old is determined to regain her place as undisputed light-welterweight champion, and is eyeing up a bout with Amanda Serrano. Cameron also launched an attack on Katie Taylor, claiming the Irishwoman did not want to complete their trilogy.

New Queensberry fighter Chantelle Cameron is hungry to regain her undisputed light-welterweight title and is relishing the prospect of a potential bout against Amanda Serrano.
Cameron was due to fight Katie Taylor as part of a trilogy, with one win and a defeat in their previous two meetings.
The 32-year-old sensationally beat the Irishwoman on points in May last year, before losing their rematch via a majority decision in November.
Now, Cameron’s focus is on Serrano, who Taylor will fight for the undisputed title in Texas on July 20.
“I don't think Katie wants to fight me again; she had the chance and I thought the trilogy was signed and ready to go,” said Cameron in her press conference unveiling as a Queensberry boxer.
“I know that DAZN wanted the fight and everyone was excited and keen for it, but Katie, her team and her manager had other plans and didn't want the fight.
“If she pulls through Amanda Serrano - which I don't think she will - then Amanda Serrano is going to be the undisputed champion and I'd love the opportunity to face her.”
Queensberry manager Frank Warren paid tribute to Cameron’s career to date, and tongue-in-cheekily made reference to her defeat to Taylor.
“We were really keen to get here signature and we've done that,” he added.
“She's got a fantastic record of 18 and 1; a dodgy one, but I'm looking forward to this.
“We've got one of the best there, no doubt about that, and I'm looking forward to some really good fight nights working with her.”
The Northampton fighter also sounded a warning to the rest of the division as she eyes a return to the very top of the sport.
“I feel like I just want to bite everyone’s head off," Cameron explained
"I took that loss [v Taylor in November], I know what I’m capable of and I won’t let it happen again.
"Anyone that’s in my way I am coming for them, I am going to get my belts back one way or another.”
When reflecting on a topsy-turvy year in 2023, she added: “It was definitely a rollercoaster. In May I was on top of the world, I proved to everyone that I was the best 140 pounder and took Katie's crown in her homecoming and ruined her homecoming like I said I was going to do.
“Then in November, it didn't go how I planned it to go, but I take it as a massive lesson because I've just got to make sure I don't switch off and be hungry and get that savageness back in me.”
