Harrison and promoter Eddie Hearn have been in talks with Haye’s representative Adam Booth over the past weeks, with a potential fight scheduled for November 13 at the MEN Arena in Manchester.
Both parties have agreed terms but Haye is yet to sign and Harrison has sent a strong message out to the world champion.
"I’m about as bored as every other fight fan about hearing why you won’t accept fights," Harrison said. "What are we in this game for? I say (you should) try and win titles and create a legacy, but if it’s money you want then outside of the Klitschko fight I’m the only guy that makes you money.
"I am accepting the terms you have offered me and now we will see what you are made of.
"So let’s stop with the bulls***ting, man up and get this fight signed. So bring on the Battle of Britain and I will be the Hayebreaker come November 13th."
Harrison, 38, put himself in line for a fight with Haye when he vacated the European he won in April with a last-gasp knockout of Michael Sprott.
The 2000 Olympic champion is a former friend of the world champion but the pair fell out when Haye refused to put Harrison on his undercard for a televised fight in 2008, which angered Harrison - who had helped Haye out when he was contracted with the BBC.
"This is a £10 million fight and the biggest the country has ever seen, but more than that it’s personal between them," Hearn added.
"There will be no love lost in the ring if we get this signed."
