Lawrence Okolie will make his long-awaited comeback on May 24 when he travels to Poland to take on the unbeaten Lukasz Rozansk for the WBC bridgerweight title in his home country. The 31-year-old London-born fighter has been out of action for almost a year after losing his WBO cruiserweight title to Chris Billam-Smith. It will be Okolie's first fight above the 200lb limit.

London-born fighter Lawrence Okolie will challenge Lukasz Rozanski for the WBC bridgerweight title on May 24 in Poland.
Okolie, a former British and European champion, has been out of the ring since May 2023 when he lost his WBO cruiserweight title to Chris Billam-Smith.
The 31-year-old moves up to the bridgerweight division where he will seek to inflict a first defeat on 38-year-old Rozanski in his home country.
It will be his first fight above the 200lb limit, and Okolie says he is “excited to go to Poland and test myself yet again on away ground”.
He added: "Rozanski is a good champion, with an explosive style, but I'm coming to do some serious damage. He has never seen power like mine."
Okolie, who represented Team GB at the 2016 Rio Olympics, won his first world title with a knockout victory over Rozanski’s compatriot Krzysztof Glowacki in March 2021.
He faces a formidable opponent who has won all but one of his 15 fights by knockout.
"I'm defending my world title in my own backyard, in my city, fighting against a former world champion," said Rozanski.
"It's a fantastic fight, for moments like these, I've trained hard all my life."
