Muhammad Ali is 'supporting Manny Pacquiao' against Floyd Mayweather

In an interview with TMZ Sports, she said: “My dad is Team Pacquiao all the way,” revealing that the pair had been friends for years, with Pacquiao attending Ali's 70th birthday party.

“My dad really likes Manny," she said. "He’s a huge fan of his. He knows Manny’s a great fighter but it’s more about what he does outside the ring. He’s such a charitable person.”

With a rather barbed aside, she added: "My dad stood for things. Mayweather - I don't think there's a comparison."

Although Ali won't be attending the welterweight world championship unification bout in Vegas on May 2, his daughter said that he would be watching it on television at home, explaining: "There’s no question he’s going to order it. It takes my dad way back to when he was fighting.”
