The duo completed 80-lap runs on the final day of the test as the team simulated race conditions on the California circuit’s road-course lay-out in the Lolas they have borrowed from Rocketsports Racing.
Team manager Michael Harvey was happy with the team's progress, in what was their third test of the winter so far.
"We used the race weekend simulation to give ourselves smaller parameters to work within, for example to getting used to a new track before qualifying," said Harvey. "We did some long runs on Thursday and also a simulated a qualifying session.
“Friday, the focus was more race-day orientated, we did a warm-up and then Alex and Ryan completed the 80-lap race distance, which included pitstops.
“We accomplished what we set out for, which included tire strategies, fuel conservation and driver orientation and we are very happy with the outcome."
Although the test was not officially timed, British driver Dalziel, 24, is believed to have lapped just over 0.2 seconds faster than his American team-mate.
The next time the team run, it will be in a pair of new-for-2007 Panoz cars.
