England and West Indies will face off on Thursday with the T20 series on the line, after the visitors won the fourth game to set up a winner-take-all clash in Tarouba.
West Indies had momentum on their side after winning the first two games, but England roared back to take the third match thanks to the heroics of Phil Salt and Harry Brook.
England followed that dramatic win with a comfortable 75-run victory in the fourth T20 in Tarouba, setting things up superbly for a decider at the same ground.
Jos Buttler's side are in the Caribbean following on from a poor Cricket World Cup in India, where they failed to make the semi-finals after losing six of their nine outings.
Buttler and Salt helped England to a commanding position of 77-0 in Bridgetown in the first T20, but they could not build on that momentum and were subsequently bowled out for 171.
Andre Russell proved to be integral with the bat and ball in the end, as the hosts secured victory by four wickets with just under two overs to spare.
Brandon King took the headlines in the second T20, as his unbeaten 82 doubled their advantage to help the West Indies to a victory by 10 runs on December 14.
Salt and Brook's heroics breathed life into the series, and the former carried that form into the fourth match as his 119 helped England secure a 75-run win.
The final match will be live on TNT Sports and discovery+, with the game starting at 20:00 UK time on Thursday evening.
The game will feature a "stop-clock", which is being trialled to limit the time taken between overs.
When is West Indies v England?
England play the fifth match of their T20I series against West Indies in Tarouba, Trinidad and Tobago on Thursday, December 21.
Coverage on TNT Sports 1 starts at 19:30 UK time ahead of the game getting under way at 20:00.
