Evans will be joined by Quillan Isidore, Paddy Sharrock and brothers Kye and Tre Whyte in the elite men’s races, set to take place on April 27-28.
Kye Whyte bagged silver behind Evans at last year’s European Championships in Glasgow while the whole squad have enjoyed a busy start to the season following outings in the Europa Cup.
This will be the first time since 2016 that a round of the World Cup has taken place at the National Cycling Centre’s BMX Arena.
On that occasion, Liam Phillips and Evans managed a British one-two, and hopes are high for the latter to prosper once again after coming sixth in last year’s World Championships.
Lead coach Marcus Bloomfield said: “I’m hoping to see the senior squad riders take full advantage of being on our home track in Manchester and put together what they’ve learned about handling the pressure of being the home favourites.
“I’d like to see them all in the mix for the finals across the two days.
“We have a history of success racing in Manchester and I know everyone on the squad is looking forward to racing with the support of a home crowd.”
The Great Britain Cycling Team has also put out their development squad for the upcoming World Cup round, with junior riders Ross Cullen, Ellie Featherstone, Imogen Hill and Ryan Martin taking on some of the best BMX riders in the world.
