Primoz Roglic does not know when he is beaten, and the Jumbo-Visma superstar snatched the pink jersey from the shoulders of Geraint Thomas (Ineos Grenadiers) with a brilliant individual time trial on Saturday. As long as the Slovenian stays on his bike he will be confirmed as the winner of the Giro d’Italia on the streets of Rome on Sunday in the final stage.

Highlights from Stage 20 of Giro as Roglic storms to victory to take pink jersey from Thomas

After a barnstorming ITT that saw Primoz Roglic take pink, the Giro d’Italia concludes on the streets of Rome on Sunday.
Geraint Thomas (Ineos Grenadiers) entered the ITT with an advantage of 26 seconds on Roglic (Jumbo Visma), but the Welshman had no answers to the power of the Slovenian.
As long as Roglic remains upright he will be crowned Giro champion on the streets of Rome.
The final stage is a flat trip around Rome and will be one for the sprinters to contest. Mark Cavendish, anyone?
