Niki Terpstra swept to Eneco Tour victory after capitalising on leader Rohan Dennis' heavy crash that forced him to abandon Sunday's final stage.
Dutchman Terpstra powered on amid heavy rain and greasy roads in Flanders to finish second in the seventh and final stage - but top the overall standings.
The 32-year-old Etixx-Quick Step rider trailed Dimension Data's Edvald Boasson Hagen in the final stage, with IAM Cycling's Oliver Naesen coming home third.
Terpstra started the day fifth in the overall standings, but performed well enough in the slippery conditions to take the title.
Naesen finished second in the overall standings, with Tinkoff's Peter Sagan taking third courtesy of sixth place in the final stage.
Dennis battled to recover after his crash following an apparent touch of wheels. Eventually though he gave up the ghost, abandoning the race to usher Terpstra home.
