In what has to go down as a heroic achievement, 10-man Comoros have limited the damage to a single goal in the first half. They might have gone in level were it not for Onana's fantastic double save and, where Cameroon have been far too casual, the underdogs have battled for every ball and played with real heart.

Ngamaleu wins the ball high up the pitch and crosses for Choupo-Moting five yards out, but Younn Zahary makes a vital intervention.

For all their advantages, Cameroon have been remarkably wasteful so far. They win a corner and Ngamaleu steps up, but his delivery doesn't get past the first defender.

Comoros make a rare foray forwards and very nearly score. Ahmed Mogni forces Onana into a diving save from distance before Mohamed Youssouf tests him again on the follow-up. In the aftermath, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa is booked for a late challenge.
