Schalke terminate Kevin-Prince Boateng’s contract

Schalke have terminated Kevin-Prince Boateng’s contract by mutual consent, leaving him free to re-sign for AC Milan in January.
The Ghana international has been training with the Serie A club for the last few months. He was suspended by Schalke in May over “a mutual lack of trust”.
AC Milan originally sold Boateng to Schalke in 2013 for €10m (£7.3m).
He scored seven goals in 60 appearances for the Bundesliga side.
