Messi gets a yellow card for fouling Rits. Bit of a harsh award, it looked like the Brugge midfielder just nipped the ball before him.
Like the old days there. Neymar clipped a ball into Messi's chest, he played Neymar back in, who played Messi back in and he dribbled around the defence before shooting from a narrow angle but a comfortable stop for Mignolet to make.
De Ketelaere plays the ball inside to Lang but his effort on goal is easily stopped.

Brugge get us back underway...
A very enjoyable half of football and not just because of PSG's stars as we might have expected.
Vanaken almost the recipient of a fine piece of play from De Ketelaere who does a 360 degree turn in the area before launching a low cross shot that deflected off Marquinhos and just wide of the far post and in front of his skipper.
Messi plays down Hakimi on the right flank but he loses the ball when trying to find team-mates in the centre.
Nice ball from Lang through to De Ketelaere who turns inside Hakimi and shoots firmly at goal but close enough to Navas that he can palm away for a corner.
Vanaken takes the free kick and it is a dangerous effort that Navas had to dive low to his left to keep out.
Rits gets to a ball 25 yards from goal before Wijnaldum and is brought down. The set piece is centrally situated.
Lovely clipped ball over the top of the defence from Neymaer but for some reason Hakimi looked to pass backwards rather than head to goal and Wijnaldum's effort was easily saved.
OFF THE BAR! Messi so close to his first goal for PSG. Trademark Messi, turning inside from the right and then striking a curling effort that had the keeper beaten but came back off the woodwork.
GOAL FOR BRUGGE! And it's the skipper Vanaken who grabs the goal, it came after a fine link up between Noa and Sobol on the left with the latter pulling the ball back from the by-line for the goalscorer who's low effort deflected off Kimpembe on the way into the goal.
Messi with his first good moment slipping in Mbappe but Megnolet saves his shot well, with the rebound bouncing just beyond Neymar.

A deep cross from Mata is lined up on the volley by Vanaken at the back post but Hakimi clears with a header just in front of him.
GOAL! And a wonderful one. Fantastic trickery on the left from Mbappe leaving Mata for dead (and with broken ankles) before squaring for Herrera to slot home into the corner with his left foot.
An awful error from Paredes 30 yards from his own goal and, the last man, he brings down De Ketelaere. Brugge shout for a red card but a yellow is given probably rightly as Marquinhos was close enough to cover.
Kimpembe got in Navas' way heading out out of his keeper's hands and presenting a chance for De Ketelaere to score but he doesn't get a good contact on the ball.

Messi and Mbappe try to link up twice around the box and just miss out on creating chances for the others, Hakimi then crosses for Neymar in the centre but aims it a yard high.
PSG get us underway...
The players are coming out onto the field now. Nearly ready to go.
A milestone match for la Pulga tonight.
Brugge come into the game in good form, top of the domestic table with 14 points from 7 games, with dangerous ex-Ajax wideman Noa Long having notched three goals and four assists since his summer switch.
PSG enjoyed a 4-0 win at the weekend, Messia and Neymar not involved after the schmozzle that was the Argentina-Brazil abandoned game in the week before.
So the first time the MNM are starting a game together. You do wonder if Messi may be a little inspired by Ronaldo's great start at United too.
And this is the team facing the super star opposition in Bruges tonight.
Good news, for most onlookers, we have the terrific trio up front to enjoy tonight.
