Bayern Munich and Manchester United will meet once again in the UEFA Champions League after they were drawn in the same group on Thursday. Elsewhere, holders Manchester City are up against RB Leipzig, Crevna Zvezda and Young Boys, while Sevilla, Arsenal, PSV and Lens form Group B. Newcastle are part of arguably the toughest group, with PSG, Dortmund and Milan.

Manchester United have been drawn to face Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League group stages, and Newcastle and Paris Saint-Germain are part of a group of death.
United and Bayern have a history in the competition best remembered for the 1998/99 season when they played twice in that season’s group stages before a famous 2-1 victory for United in the final Barcelona.
The match also marks the return of Harry Kane to England after he left Tottenham for the German champions earlier this summer.
They are joined by Galatasaray, who have their own rivalry from United harking back to a brutal tie in Istanbul in the mid-90s, and Danish side Copenhagen.
Newcastle and PSG are in perhaps the toughest draw, as they are joined by AC Milan of Italy, as well as Borussia Dortmund, who are making a start to life without Jude Bellingham.
The England midfielder is now at Real Madrid, who are drawn alongside Italian champions Napoli, and Portuguese side Braga, as well as Champions League newboys Union Berlin.
Another team new to the competition is Belgium side Antwerp, who will have a tough task in progressing in the knockout round as their Group H opponents are Barcelona, Porto and Ukrainian champions Shakhtar Donetsk.
Current holders Manchester City will likely have an easier time of it when they take on RB Leipzig, Crvena Zvezda and Young Boys.
The team they beat in the 2023 final, Inter Milan have been drawn alongside Benfica, Salzburg and Real Sociedad.
Making their return to the Champions League, for their first season in the competition under manager Mikel Arteta, are Arsenal who will face Europa League holders Sevilla, PSV Eindhoven, and Lens.
The remaining British side in the draw, Scottish champions Celtic, take on Feyenoord, Lazio and Atletico Madrid.
