Galeno scored in added time to give Porto a 1-0 lead to take into the second leg of their UEFA Champions League last-16 tie with Arsenal. TNT Sports expert Martin Keown and Michael Owen ponder if the visitors’ goalkeeper David Raya could have kept out the strike. "I think there’s a little bit of naivety," said Keown. The sides meet again on March 12 at the Emirates Stadium.

David Raya’s positioning has come under question after Porto scored an injury-time goal to take a 1-0 lead into the second leg of their UEFA Champions League last-16 tie with Arsenal.
Galeno cut inside from the left and, under no pressure from Arsenal defenders, let fly from 25 yards.
The ball curled in at the back post, beating the outstretched dive of Raya.
Reflecting on the late sucker punch for his former club, Martin Keown told TNT Sports: “A little bit of learning to do. I think there’s a little bit of naivety.
“Perhaps the goalkeeper, maybe, could’ve been a little bit further back in the goal. A yard back and I think he can save that.
“Declan Rice - who I don’t want to criticise because he was magnificent in the game - maybe a little bit of fatigue, should’ve perhaps pressed slightly better.”
Michael Owen also picked up on the positioning of Raya in the Arsenal goal, but disagrees with Keown regarding how far forward he was at the time of the shot.
“I’m not sure whether taking a step back would’ve helped.
“I think actually shuffling your feet across, because the ball went in so slow, I think you’ve got time to take one, two strides and then dive.
“It starts curling and he literally, from where he’s planted his feet, he then dives and he can’t get to it.
“I wouldn’t look at it and think it’s a big, big mistake but, maybe now you’ve mentioned it, you think could he have done better?”
Arsenal dominated possession throughout the match but failed to register a single shot on target - the first time they failed to do so in a Champions League match since facing Barcelona in 2011.
William Saliba and Kai Havertz went closest for Mikel Arteta’s side, with the pair heading wide from corners.
The best chance - before he scored the winner - also fell to Galeno as he hit the post and somehow put the rebound wide.
The second leg takes place at Emirates Stadium on March 12 and you can watch it live on TNT Sports and discovery+.
