Pepe becomes oldest Champions League goalscorer, breaking Francesco Totti's record for Porto v Royal Antwerp

It was a proud day for the FC Porto defender, who overtake Francesco Totti to become the oldest-ever goalscorer in Champions League history. His header wrapped up all three points in stoppage time against Royal AntIt was a proud werp, and moved the Portuguese side level on points with Barcelona. Pepe is at the top of a list that includes the likes of Ryan Giggs, Filippo Inzaghi and Javier Zanetti.

Pepe enjoyed another landmark day in a stellar career after becoming the UEFA Champions League's oldest goalscorer in Porto's 2-0 win over Royal Antwerp.
Aged 40 and 254 days old, the Portuguese defender powered home a stoppage-time header to seal all three points following Evanilson's penatly.
The occasion was all the more special given it was his first goal in the competition since November 2012 at the age of 29.
Pepe breaks the previous record set by legendary Roma striker Francesco Totti, who was 38 years and 59 days old when scoring against CSKA Moscow almost nine years ago.
Meanwhile, Ryan Giggs is the third on the list of the competition's oldest scorers after his goal against Benfica in September 2011 at the age of 37 years and 290 days.
The former Real Madrid defender is also the oldest outfield player in the club's history, but still has some way to go before becoming the competitions's oldest appearance maker.
That honour currently belongs to former Lazio goalkeeper Marco Ballotta, who was 43 years and 252 days old when he played against Real Madrid in December 2007.
