Crewe Alexandra sign Liverpool and Wales youngster Harry Wilson on loan

The 18-year-old has one senior cap for Wales, becoming their youngest ever international when he featured as a substitute in October 2013's World Cup qualifier against Belgium. He has also represented his country at under-17, under-19 and under-21 level.

The terms of the deal will still allow Wilson to play for Liverpool's youth teams, his performances with whom earned him a place on the shortlist for last season's Barclays Under-21 Player of the Year award.

A statement on Crewe's website confirmed: "Wilson will be available for the weekend trip to Wigan and will wear the number 24 shirt during his time with the Alex."
