Nedved, 35, has been in international retirement since August 2006 and remains undecided as to whether he could benefit the side Euro 2008.
But Rosicky feels Nedved still has much to offer, and has urged the Juventus striker to overturn his decision - promising the backing of his Czech team-mates.
"Pavel would definitely be significant with his experience," Rosicky said.
"The team would accept him, there would be no problem at all about that. So it is up to the coach and Pavel how they agree with each other."
The Czech FA have made a statement with regard to Nedved's possible return.
"The attitude of the national team towards Pavel Nedved has not changed. Pavel said that he ended his national career, so far he has made the last step," the statement read.
The Czech Republic have been drawn with Portugal, Turkey and hosts Switzerland in Group A of Euro 2008, which starts in June.
Meanwhile, Rosicky has been ruled out of next Wednesday's friendly against Denmark, as he continues his rehabilitation from a knee injury aggravated in Arsenal's FA Cup tie with Newcastle United in January.
The squad named includes Brno midfielder Marek Strestik and VfL Bochum goalkeeper Jan Lastuvka who could make their international debuts at Herning.
Strestik won a silver medal at the 2007 under-20 World Cup for the Czechs.
