Callum Hudson-Odoi and Declan Rice will make their full England debuts after being named in the starting line-up against Montenegro.
The pair came off the bench in the 5-0 win over the Czech Republic on Friday, in what was England’s opening Euro 2020 qualifying match.
And now Hudson-Odoi and Rice will get the chance to shine from the off, with England taking on Montenegro at 7.45pm GMT.
It also means Hudson-Odoi starts an England international before he has started a Premier Leauge game for Chelsea.
Gareth Southgate also brings Ross Barkley into the starting XI, with Eric Dier out and both Jordan Henderson and Jadon Sancho dropping to the bench. Danny Rose replaces Ben Chilwell at left-back.
Sancho was an injury doubt heading into Monday's match, while Dele Alli has been deemed fit to start.
England XI: Pickford, Walker, Maguire, Keane, Rose, Rice, Barkley, Alli, Hudson-Odoi, Sterling, Kane..subs: Heaton, Butland, Trippier, Henderson, Tarkowski, Chilwell, Ward-Prowse, Sancho, Wilson.
