Jose Mourinho blows his top again - then blames his assistants for failing to read instructions

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho explained why he appeared to lose his cool with his coaching staff during the 1-0 Europa League win over Zorya.

Mourinho appeared to be upset with assistant manager Rui Faria as he tried to explain tactics to Paul Pogba before the match.

He then stoemd over to Faria and two of United's coaches to go over the tactics again in the technical area.

He spoke strongly to the three United assistant, thrusting fingers into their faces before slamming the tactics book away as his temper boiled over.

"You know set pieces, organisation... they changed their team before the game and Paul was a bit confused with the changes," he said.

"And obviously I want my assistants to care of all the details."

Mourinho was the subject of an individual legal claim from former Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro in addition to the action she brought against the club for constructive dismissal.

He infamously criticised the Chelsea first-team doctor Carneiro and physiotherapist Jon Fearn for running on to the field to treat Eden Hazard in last season's draw with Swansea on the opening day of the Premier League.
