Eden Hazard starts for Chelsea as they make the trip to take on BATE Borisov at the Borisov Arena in Belarus in a Europa League Group L match.
Blues boss Maurizio Sarri has left Alvaro Morata, David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger and Marcos Alonso at home, but starts with Hazard, who travelled to Belarus despite only just recovering from a back problem.
Joining Hazard in the attacking third is Olivier Giroud and Pedro, while Ross Barkley starts in midfield alongside Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Jorginho.
Gary Cahill captains the team, while there are rare starts for Andreas Christensen, Davide Zappacosta and Emerson Palmieri.
In total, Chelsea make seven changes from their weekend 3-1 win against Crystal Palace.
For the hosts, Alexander Hleb starts in what in his fifth different spell at the club.
