Lacazette scored one and Aubameyang grabbed a hat-trick in a 4-2 win against Valencia at the Mestalla.
The result meant Arsenal went through comfortably, 7-3 on aggregate.
Aubameyang said Arsenal have improved on their showing from last season’s Europa League campaign when they went out at the semi-final stage to Atletico Madrid: "We have learned from last season and this year we didn't make the same mistakes. Now we are through to the final."
He said that playing Alexandre Lacazette was helping his game: "We have talked a lot about our relationship and it is a pleasure to play with him, above all when you win games like this. It is a final so it doesn't matter which team we play, we have to give everything and win."
In turn, Lacazette praised his teammate Aubameyang, saying after the match: "We reacted well to going behind and we knew we had to score a minimum of one goal tonight. Auba was unbelievable tonight with an incredible hat-trick, so thanks to him.
"We have played badly in Premier League during the last month and now we have to use this opportunity. We want to play in the Champions League next season and we want the trophy."
