Brighton welcome Marseille to the South Coast in their final Europa League group stage tie with top spot in Group B all to play for.
The French side currently lead the group on 11 points, with the Seagulls closely chasing in second with 10 points thanks to Joao Pedro’s fifth European goal in as many games against AEK Athens last time out.
Both teams have qualified for the round of 16 but there is a big incentive to reach the knockouts as group winners - avoiding the knockout play-off.
The group winners advance directly to the round of 16, while the runners-up face a team that finished third in their Champions League group for a spot in the Europa League last 16.
Over the weekend Brighton drew 1-1 at home to Burnley and they are eighth in the Premier League. In France Marseille won a barnstormer 4-2 away at FC Lorient, they have climbed up to sixth in Ligue 1.

Brighton welcome Marseille to the Amex Stadium for the group decider on Thursday, December 14.
