The 30-year-old, who had previously been linked with Chelsea, will join up with former Premier League stars Gervinho and Gael Kakuta at his new club.
Lavezzi had started just eight games for PSG this season after falling out of favour with Laurent Blanc.
The news had originally been reported last week, but the switch was finalised and contracts signed on Wednesday.
Lavezzi has scored 22 goals in 107 Ligue 1 games since joining PSG in 2012, but has mainly been used as a substitute this season, with three goals in 24 matches in all competitions.
The Argentina international, whose PSG contract ran to the end of the season, is the latest high-profile player to make the switch from Europe to China.
