"We know it is a friendly match, but we are taking it very seriously," assistant-manager Shawky Ghareeb said.
The game marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of CAF, the African Football Confederation.
Other foreign-based players include PAOK defender Amir Azmy and Konyaspor defender Abdelzaher El-Sakka.
There is no room, however, for Turkish-based sweeper Ibrahim Said, who joined in January after failing to secure a contract with Sheffield United.
The squad contains six Ismailly players - including uncapped duo Ahmed Al-Gamal and Farag Shalabi - and five from Egyptian and African Champions Al Ahly.
Mohamed Aboutreika - who impressed during the Cairo club's third-placed World Club Cup finish - is excluded due to lack of match fitness following injury.
