Lukaku grabs hat-trick as Belgium put five past Luxembourg

Romelu Lukaku scored a hat-trick as Belgium survived a scare to beat Luxembourg 5-1 in Genk.
The Red Devils made an explosive start with Lukaku collecting Marrouane Fellani’s through ball and rounding the keeper before slotting the ball home.
But Luxembourg hit back in spectacular fashion when Aurelier Joachim lashed in a low shot from 25 yards that arrowed into the bottom corner.
Belgium restored their lead when a mis-hit clearance fell to Lukaku whose volley was too hot to handle.
The Chelsea striker came close to sealing a hat-trick when his chip went inches wide before his snap-shot was brilliantly parried by the keeper.
Lukaku did get his treble after the break after beating two players and slotting the ball in.
Adnan Januzaj thrilled the crowd with some trickery on his international debut after coming on before Spurs midfielder Nacer Chadli made it four with a low finish.
Kevin De Bruyne added a fifth with a late penalty after Divock Origi was fouled in the area.

Romelu Lukaku (Belgium): The striker played the role of target man brilliantly with three well-taken goals. He was a constant threat and could have had two hat-tricks. The pick of his goals was the third where he twisted past two players and finished low past the keeper, another sign of his sky high confidence.
