Ronaldo has been repeatedly linked with a sensational return to Manchester United this summer, with the £80 million signing having revealed that he has not always been happy in Madrid.
But Perez has now moved to quash rumours that the 28-year-old will leave the club, with PSG having also been reportedly keen on making a move for him, insisting that the forward will remain in Madrid.
"Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world and I can assure you that he will end his career at Real Madrid," he told French newspaper L’Equipe.
"We have not received any offers for Cristiano Ronaldo."
Ronaldo, who left United in 2009, has scored 146 goals in 135 La Liga games and has two years still to run on his contract at the Bernabeu.
Perez has also reassured PSG supporters that Real have no intention of signing either Marco Verratti or Zlatan Ibrahimovic, despite speculation to the contrary.
"Real Madrid will not touch any PSG player like Verratti or Ibrahimovic. [Carlo] Ancelotti didn't ask for any of their players, so maybe my words can calm PSG fans a bit."
