But it is fair to say the rampaging Chelsea and France midfielder probably never scored a triple nutmeg in his career.

The popular Kante drilled the ball through the legs of two Spurs players before seeing it evade visiting keeper Paolo Gazzaniga through his legs. It gave Chelsea a 1-0 lead in their Carabao Cup semi-final second to level up the tie overall. .

It was Kante’s run and finish that gave Chelsea a 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on Sunday, and he is clearly relishing his new more offensive outlook within Maurizio Sarri's side.
