Football Leaks, a website known for exposing high-profile contracts, have published the document signed by Barcelona, Liverpool and Suarez. Initial reports put the figure at £75m.
It states Barca would pay the fee in five instalments – four of £13m, one of £12.98m. The final payment is due on July 31.

The contract confirms Suarez is the fourth most expensive transfer of all time, behind Gareth Bale (Tottenham to Real Madrid), Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United to Real Madrid) and Neymar (Santos to Barcelona).
Suarez was sold to the Liga giants during a four-month ban from competitive football, issued after the Uruguayan forward bit Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup in Brazil.

After a slow start to life at Camp Nou, Suarez has exploded into form – helping the club to a treble last season, and leading club-mates Lionel Messi and Neymar in the Barcelona goalscoring charts in 2015-16.
