Bordeaux chase 14th win

History favours Bordeaux in their chase for a 14th consecutive win after the blazing run that led them to their first Ligue 1 title in 10 years at the end of last season.

The French champions have a record of 32 wins, three draws and seven defeats against Nice they host on Sunday.
Their last league defeat at home to the Mediterranean side was in the 1977-1978 season. They have won eight of the last 10 encounters between the two clubs in all competitions.
Marseille travel to Rennes on Saturday without Ivory Coast striker Baky Kone sidelined by a knee injury which will request a scan.
