FIFA announced a 10-man shortlist for 'The Best' Player of the Year award on Tuesday afternoon - but one name was missing from the list...

Neymar's name was nowhere to be seen on the shortlist despite winning the domestic treble at Paris Saint-Germain and Ligue 1's Player of the Season award in May.
As soon as the list was released, there was one thought in the mind of plenty of football fans.
The whole reason why he moved to Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona last summer was to make his name as a superstar without being overshadowed by Lionel Messi... but that plan seems to have backfired.
We hate to tell you Neymar, but Gary Lineker did you warn you!
