Mikel Arteta's agent does not think his client will leave Everton - because the Toffees are asking for too much money.
Arsenal and Sevilla have been linked with bids for Spanish midfielder, who started his career at Barcelona and has also played for Rangers, PSG and Real Sociedad.
But Inaki Ibanez thinks a summer move is unlikely for the 28-year-old.
Ibanez told the Spanish press: "Everton are asking for a lot of money, so it is difficult for Mikel to exit the club."
Sevilla, who sold Adriano to Barcelona, are reported to have offered £12 million for Arteta, while Arsenal are on alert should Cesc Fabregas move to Barcelona.
Everton are rumoured to be wanting £20 million.
