Bolton duo scoop awards

Under the guidance of Coyle, Bolton have notched three wins and two draws during an unbeaten November that saw the Trotters rise to sixth in the Premier League.

Striker Elmander has spearheaded the Trotters' rise up the table, netting three times and laying on a further three goals during November.

It is the first time either's efforts have been recognised by the award.

"For Johan it's a great reward because we all know what he is capable of and now he is adding goals to his game and getting the credit he deserves," said Coyle.

Elmander said: "I'm honoured because there are so many good players in this league.

"When you have a great manager it is easy to play and I also have to thank my team-mates because they have been the ones that have given me the ball to help do my work."
