Six Chelsea players were named in the PFA Team of the Year on Sunday, ahead of the evening's main awards ceremony.
Eden Hazard, Diego Costa, Nemanja Matic, John Terry, Gary Cahill and Branislav Ivanovic were all named in the best XI. Notably. though, Cesc Fabregas was not despite having 16 assists to his name in the league this season.

The main Player of the Year awards take place on Sunday night, with Hazard hot favourite to win and Kane expected to win the Young Player of the Year award.
